Claire is Founder and CEO of Magnolia Solutions. Through her practice, she coaches professionals at every level to lead more intentionally — helping them recognize and leverage the skills, instincts and knowledge they already possess.
Claire developed her expertise in family offices and wealth management over 16 years at Family Office Exchange, a research and consulting firm focused on building family legacy and advancing best practices in family office and wealth management organizations. As Managing Director, Claire was charged with building and leading the Executive Recruitment department, constructing the Member Development team and partnering with families and advisors in the Consulting Group. During her tenure, she advised family leaders, family office managers and wealth management executives in building service offerings that truly met client needs, including educating the next generation, recruitment and retention of professional talent and creating successful cultures and teams.
Claire has served as faculty for Southeastern Family Office Forum, Inheriting Wisdom’s “Building the Family Experience” and the Family Wealth Alliance Fall Forum and Partner’s Summit. She has also spoken at The Institute for International Research Family Office Forum, Institutional Investor’s Women in Wealth Seminar, World President’s Organization (WPO), Metropolitan Circle, FOX Fall Forum and FOX Wealth Advisor Conference.
Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Claire chose the Magnolia flower to represent her business because it symbolizes resilience, strength and evolution — the enduring promise of growth. A DePauw University graduate, she lives in Long Grove, IL with her husband and yellow lab, Mac, and has three grown children and one grandson. Outside of her professional work, Claire is an avid puzzler, enjoys yoga, and loves to spend time at her family’s cabin in the Boundary Waters of Minnesota.

Katherine is a Partner and Leadership & Career Coach with Magnolia Solutions. At the heart of her work is a consistent motivation: helping people see their strengths more clearly, lead with intention, and navigate challenges and moments of transition with confidence.
With nearly 15 years of experience supporting people and organizations through moments of change, Katherine brings a unique blend of client partnership, talent strategy and leadership insight to her coaching work. She spent 10 years in client and account leadership roles at leading advertising agencies in Chicago and New York, where she partnered with senior stakeholders to navigate complex challenges and build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams. Most recently, she spent four years in executive recruitment, helping growth-stage companies build high-performing teams.
Katherine specializes in working with emerging and established leaders as they grow into their roles, stretch beyond their comfort zones and seek greater alignment between their values and their work. Her coaching approach is grounded, strategic and supportive — built on deep listening, thoughtful questioning and a commitment to meaningful, sustainable growth.
A graduate of DePauw University, Katherine resides in Chicago with her husband and two young daughters. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants in the city, entertaining friends at home and spending time at her family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin.
